Before you buy

If you are unsure whether a piece fits a room or a person, send us the product name, the recipient, the room, the surface it will live on, and your budget. We will help you choose with less guesswork.

Order help

  • Order changes: Email us as soon as possible after checkout. If the order has already moved into fulfillment, changes may not be available.
  • Shipping questions: Include your order number and destination country so we can check the right details.
  • Gift timing: Tell us the date you need it by before ordering if timing is tight.

Returns and fit

We offer a 30-day return window so you have room to recover if the object does not fit the person, shelf, desk, or room. Items should be unused and returned with their original packaging where possible.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the next step.

What we can and cannot promise
