Where We Ship
US: 50 states + DC + Puerto Rico.
Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and 40+ countries — calculated at checkout.

US Shipping
- Orders over $50: FREE standard shipping (3–5 business days)
- Orders under $50: $5.99 flat rate
- Express (1–2 business days): $14.99 at checkout

International
Rates calculated at checkout based on destination. Customer is responsible for any duties or import taxes.

Processing Time
We pack and ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed Friday after 12pm EST ship Monday.

Tracking
Tracking number emailed as soon as we hand the order to the carrier.

Lost or Damaged in Transit
Contact us within 14 days of expected delivery. We file the claim and send a replacement.
