30-Day Easy Returns

If you don't love it, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping cost).

How to Return
1. Email hello@lunarcurio.com with your order number.
2. We send you a prepaid return label (US) or instructions (international).
3. Ship it back in original packaging.
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of us receiving it.

Conditions
- Item must be unused or in the same condition you received it.
- Original packaging preferred but not required.
- Damaged on arrival? Send a photo within 48 hours — we send a replacement immediately.

Exchanges
We do exchanges for damaged or defective items. For style or color changes, return and reorder.

Warranty
1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all lamps and electronics. Email us with a photo and order number — we'll repair or replace at no cost.

Non-Returnable
- Items returned after 30 days.
- Items damaged by misuse, water, or being dropped.
